COMMUNITY CONSULTATION | NEW PUBLIC ART PROJECT
Weddin Shire Council invites all residents to engage in a community consultation session aimed at shaping the design of our region's latest public art endeavour. This project holds great significance for our community, as it seeks to adorn the western wall of the Grenfell Motel with a captivating artwork, while also relocating existing portraits to a more suitable location.
Consultation Session Details:
• Date: Thursday 4 July 2024
• Time: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
• Location: Community Hub Grenfell – 88 Main St Grenfell
Unable to Attend? No Problem! Should you be unable to join us in person, we've ensured alternative avenues for your input:
• A survey will be accessible on the Council's social media platforms and website from 4 July 2024, until 11 July 2024.
• written survey available from the Council office and Grenfell Visitor Information Centre
Your feedback, whether shared in person or through the survey, will profoundly influence the outcome of this project. We encourage every resident to contribute their ideas, ensuring that our public art embodies the collective spirit and vision of our community.
