Expression of Interest Notice | Non-Residential Enrolment
Weddin Shire Council invites expressions of interest for non-residential enrolment in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993. This enrolment is an opportunity for non-resident property owners, occupiers, and rate-paying lessees to participate in local government elections.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for non-residential enrolment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Property Owners: Must own property within the Weddin Shire Council local government area.
2. Occupiers: Must occupy a property within the Weddin Shire Council local government area.
3. Rate-Paying Lessees: Must be paying rates for a leasehold property within the Weddin Shire Council local government area.
Submission Requirements:
Interested parties are required to submit their completed non-residential enrolment forms by 6pm on Monday 5 August 2024. Submissions should include:

Deadline for Submission:
All completed non residential enrolment form must be received by 6pm on Monday 5 August 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
