Concessions are granted for residents along the above roads and upon request for urgent transport activity on routes considered suitable to carry the proposed loading. Please contact Council’s engineering department for further information.

Local traffic under three (3) tonne are requested to carry out their own risk assessment prior to travel and extreme caution should be taken at all times when travelling on any open roads within the Shire.

Please avoid walking or driving through flood water.  Floodwater can be very deep, rise quickly and move fast and the road may have suffered extensive damage hidden beneath the surface.

Updates on these roads will be provided on Council’s website or face book page as information becomes available.

Council regrets any inconvenience caused by this decision but the preservation of our road asset and safety of our travellers is of prime concern.
