Application to carry out works within a public road reserve (Sec 138)

Council has an application to carry out works within a public road reserve (Section 138) form which is required to be filled out. Works that require approval within the road reserve (which includes the footpath and any area outside the property boundary) include activities such as: -

  •  erecting a structure
  • constructing a driveway
  • installing stormwater drains
  • removing or interfering with a structure
  • or any other activities as defined within the Roads Act 1993.
