Organisational Structure

Our organisation is governed by Council, the Shire's elected representatives, and overseen by the General Manager. Weddin Shire Council's operations are distributed across three (3) main Directorates that are responsible for different functions and services.

Our organisational structure is reviewed annually to ensure the most efficient and effective service delivery for the community. A detailed organisational structure can be viewed in our current Operational Plan.
